Kyung Hee Yoon has over 49 years of extensive investment banking and private equity investment experience in local and global financial firms such as Lazard, ING Barings, RBS, Macquarie and CD&R. Currently, he is the Chairman of Dunamis (a local investment firm) and is a board member of LG Welfare Foundation.

He started his investment banking career at NH bank and moved to the Korea Merchant Banking Corporation (a JV merchant bank between Lazard London and Korean banks) where he pioneered the development of investment banking practices in Korea.

He served as the Country Manager of ING Group in Korea for 16 years in charge of investment banking and commercial banking, and led ING's strategic acquisition of KB Bank in 1999. In 2008, he became the Chairman and Country Head of ABN AMRO/RBS in Korea and led a number of landmark deals including the initial public offering of POSCO and KEPCO, and the merger between KB and the Housing and Commercial Bank.

During his career, he has served as a non-executive director of LG Card, LG Holdings, Woori Bank and KB Bank. He also served as a member of the National Advisory Council on the Economy for the President of South Korea. He was chosen as the "Banker of the Year" by the Ministry of Finance and Hankook Economy Daily in 1991.

He was also a chair professor at Hanyang University. He received a BA in Law from Seoul National University, and a MA from Kookmin University.
